About the Author
Mary Tutterow is a caregiver, coach and author. She and her husband, Winn, have two adult children. Their daughter, Mary Addison, has cognitive and physical challenges. Their family also cared for Winn’s mom through cancer. Mary leads caregiver groups at Seacoast Church, as well as workshops, webinars and retreats.

Very informative. It allows group members to study and ask questions. That inables group discussions which is important. Biblically based brings God to the center of every discussion.

God opened a window when a door was closed!

This is a course that really opens the eyes of the caregiver. I had been taking care of my son who is a brain injury survivor for 10 years when I took this course. You are asked to do homework between meetings and I was shocked when I read some of my answers. The word "put upon" kept coming up in my reflections. I never consciously thought I was being put upon but subconsciously I was. Through the course and the scriptures discussed I no longer feel put upon in caring for my son. We do so many things together and that has done nothing by strengthen our relationship. I heartily recommend this book and the course itself. God always shows us a new window whenever a door is closed.

This book is beautifully written
by Mary Tutterow. As a caregiver,
It truly gave me a new attitude and
new strength to minister to my disabled husband. God's word throughout the book spoke clearly to my heart as
He revealed His sovereignty and purpose to me. Most importantly the book teaches God's value, purpose and love for not only the caregiver but for the
disabled, sick, weak and fragile.
